We are pleased to launch our 2020 Annual Report, copies of which can be found in the Downloads section of our Website
The Minister for Housing, Local Government, and Heritage, Darragh O’Brien TD, opened Clanmil Housing’s new scheme of 9 apartments on Wednesday 26th May.
These modern apartments are in two restored an rebuilt Georgian houses on Dorset Street in Dublin, and are providing much needed new homes in the area. Clanmil Ireland were pleased to welcome the Minister, who also got to meet two of our tenants.
Clanmil Ireland are interested in purchasing small numbers of new build homes or portfolios of second-hand properties in the Leinster Region, and in Co Monaghan and Co Cavan. Contact Laura on 01 456 8079 or email

Clanmil Ireland continue to provide essential services to tenants during these difficult times. We would ask tenants to only report emergency repairs or where your health & safety is at risk. Repairs can be reported by phone or online via the link on our website. Our Housing Officers are on hand to assist, and our Repairs Service will pass on a message if you need to talk to someone. We can be also contacted by email: housing@clanmilireland.ie
Rent payments can be made in the usual way, or for those not wishing to leave their home, you can use our online service. Follow the link from our website. If you need assistance, please email housing@clanmilireland.ie

Repairs can still be reported by phoning 01 456 8079, although we are only dealing with emergencies at this time in order to keep contact with our tenants to a minimum.

The Irish Council for Social Housing have launched the Housing Association Activity Report for 2018. This highlights the work of the sector during 2018 in providing homes for people in need of social housing. ���
