Clanmil Ireland is a registered housing association and is a member of the Irish Council for Social Housing. Following receipt of approved status in on 12th February 2002, it has quickly established itself as a key social housing provider.

How can we help you?
Clanmil Ireland is continually seeking new development opportunities for the delivery of social housing.
We would like to hear from you if:-
- You have a site (with or without planning permission) and you are interested in selling the site or building out a development outright;
- You are considering making a planning application and need a Part V Partner
In return, we can:-
- Undertake the consultation with the relevant local authority regarding the housing need/processing of the planning application;
- Undertake community consultation
- Help you to fulfil your Part V requirements
- Provide a comprehensive housing management service
